WHAT IS MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
- We ship all our orders from UK [Manchester]
- Shipping is FREE on all Mainland-UK
- For remote areas of the UK, we charge an additional 7 GBP per order (for 2-3 items).
In-Store Pickup
We are located in Manchester. You can place your order first online and then pick it from our warehouse. Pickups are available Monday-Friday from 11AM-4PM.
Home / Office Delivery
For small parcels, we use ROYAL-MAIL. For large items, we use HERMES, YODEL & PARCELFORCE.
Handling Time: 24 Hours Transit / Delivery Time: 2-3 Days
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery. Remember, we take full responsibility for guaranteed delivery and if you will not receive your package, then we will either resend or process a full refund as per your desire.
